Retail Policies

Returns, Repairs & Replacements:  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full credit. Items must be returned in their original condition.  We will replace your item or refund your purchase price to the method of your payment. If a repair is required we will repair or replace your item in a timely manner.     We stand behind all of our items.  Please contact us before returning any item for repairs for special instructions.  Charges for repairs on merchandise will be assessed depending on possible mishandling.

Retail & Wholeale Ordering

Please know that all of our items are handmade and artisanal.  The nature of ordering "limited edition" pieces means that occassionally some component(s) may vary slightly.  Our aim, however, is to keep a high quality, aesthetic design. We hope you can understand that things can not always be  100% exact.  That is part of the fun and the nature of our type of jewelry. Measurements are approximate.  
Our aim is to fill your order immediately.  In most cases this means your retail order will ship within 48 hours. The maximum time for retail orders is 2 weeks.  Most wholesale orders  ship within one week but can be as long as 8 weeks maximum for volume orders. 
We will in most cases notify you  immediately if there is any problem with your order.  Please do let us know if there is any urgency or time requirements so we can notify you if there is any problem meeting your needs.   If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, you will be notified via e-mail.  If you have any concerns about the timing of your order, please feel free to contact us at:  [email protected].  You can expect a reply within one business day.

All order information sent to Joli Jewelry is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. However, in order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Most browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Opera, etc.), version 3.x and later, support SSL. 

International Orders

We do ship internationally normally using the US Postal Service.  Most retail orders can be shipped for $25 or less.  Most wholesale orders can be shipped to Europe for $50 or less.
